| What to expect? Start today by booking a free trial lesson. We will introduce you to our teaching methods and the material we have produced. We will send you a book in the post containing the written materials. Each lesson, we will work through the book and use repetition and revision to help you learn. You will also be sent audio files by email after each lesson, to help you revise in your own time. |

| What is included? Everything is included in the hourly rate. Skype is free to download and use. You will receive your study materials in the post after making payment. Audio files will be sent via email where you can download them anytime. We will also make a screen recording of the lesson so you can return to any part of your studies. At the end of your course we will send you a certificate stating the amout of hours you have learnt with us. |

| How much does it cost? After your free trial lesson, payment for additional lessons can be made via PayPal. You can pay for individual lessons or block book for a discount. |

| How do I book lessons? After you have paid for your lessons, I will confirm recipt via email. We can then schedule lessons at your convienience. You can check availability by contacting me anytime via Skype, email or telephone. Sometimes, I may be able to teach the same day! I am usually available to teach 7 days per week, between 9am - 9pm GMT. |

| What if I need to cancel? No worries, but please try to give me at least 24 hours notice to avoid loosing the time. |

| What do I need? A computer with an internet connection, a headset, a quiet place to learn with no distractions, an email address & Skype and Paypal accounts. You don't need a lot of computer knowledge, a webcam or a super fast internet connection. |
